1. What exactly does Bonaparte sell?
We sell originally preserved and/or restored archaeological finds, militaria and other historical objects, mainly from the 20th century, but also from earlier eras. Our items are intended exclusively for collectors, decoration or exhibition purposes.

2. Are the items on offer legal?
Yes, all items on offer comply with the law and do not contain any dangerous substances or functioning weapons or ammunition. We strictly adhere to the German Weapons Act and other applicable regulations.

3. Do you sell genuine items or replicas?
We only deal in originals - no replicas, no replicas. Origin, condition and authenticity are carefully checked.

4. Can I also order from abroad?
In principle, yes - however, it is your responsibility as the buyer to find out about the legal permissibility of importing into your country before purchasing. Bonaparte assumes no liability for customs or import law violations abroad.

5. How does shipping work?
We ship reliably and neutrally packaged with DHL within Germany and the European Union. All shipments are traceable.

6. Is it safe to buy from you?
Yes, our store uses an SSL-encrypted connection, secure payment providers and is regularly updated. You will receive an order confirmation and a shipping notification with every order.

7. I have my own finds. Do you also buy?
Yes - we are particularly interested in lots of floor finds, but also in individual items from attic finds, estates or collections.

8. Are prohibited symbols included?
If original objects with symbols according to §86a StGB are offered, this is only done with a clear reference to the permissible historical context (§86 para. 3 StGB). We do not tolerate any political or ideological use.

9. How long does shipping take?
As a rule, the delivery time within Germany is 3-5 working days, within the EU approx. 5-7 working days. There may be deviations depending on the item type or destination address. You will receive a shipment tracking via e-mail.
